Tony, I have been in the room at a party and watched pros shoot a scene with a girl out of the crowd, end the scene, and then go "duh, yeah, we need ID and a model release" after the guys has been banged on camera for an hour.
There is no end to the lack of intelligence!
Now, my questions would be "public location / private location" and was their a sign that said "cameras being used / you will be filmed"? Did she not see cameras? How long did she watch the naked people before she decided to leave? Heck, why didn't the producers just blur her face out?
