Should be an interesting fight.
At first blush, you would think the writer would come out on top (no pun intended) as she "used it first in commerce." However, one wonders why it took 6 years for her to notice this damaging person using her name? Forbes 25 most influential people on the web? Oh, I don't think so. And I'm not sure Forbes has the competence to make such a statement on this topic.
