(pic) On a seperate not I would actually think it would be highly likely that in both the cases Bruce and Hellpuppy mentioned that you would win. Not allowing someone to use their real first name really infringes on their right to do business. That said, I can see not wanting to pay lawyers oney to fight it. Annoys the shit out of me to see companies throw their weight around like that though.
