10 year old counterfeiters. It boggles the mind.
And what's with this?
Quote:
A 12-year-old classmate traded a fake $20 bill for two legitimate $10 bills from a school cashier earlier Tuesday, Otano said.
“The girl knew it was fake,” he said.

How stupid is the cashier not to have known right away? This wasn't a big operation, this was a kid doing it on his computer.
But the kid said she knew it was fake. That means she was in on the conspiracy to defraud. Who knows how far up the ladder this could lead?
