Was just checking out some threads at the zoo ...
ePassporte seems majorly screwed up in every possible way ... People using ATMs and getting zero balances, talk about major system upgrades, people holding on calls ... and all the while Chris is in Europe. Looks like a disaster area. Overall they've been pretty good historically, and based on that they should hopefully get their act together fast, but ... At least for now, it looks like one giant clusterfuck from representatives not answering emalsl, the phone, people who are usually on the boards mysteriously not around to answer ... you name it. |
