he sounds like someone that should be locked up for life. he did not get 99 years for a cellphone - he got 99 years for being a habitual criminal and felon.... and he rejected a offer of 15 years (already facing a mandatory 25) and instead chose to be a prick to everyone and make it clear to the jury that he was beyond help and a threat to society.
