Now, on the surface, technically that is not in violation of any rule. However, we have a rule that we agreed upon that stated that we were not going to support any spyware, adware, scumware and their ilk. As spyware, adware and scumware actually force and download malicious software to a users computer against their will. And this email address capturer does not invade surfers computers in this way at all ....
