I do a mixture of FrontPage and hand coding for a site once, then i upload content in to a bunch of different sub directories on the server.
Edit the metas for the template depending on the content directory its going in to then upload the html I can build around 40 freesites a day using this method and countless tgp galleries, avs sites and search engine pages Its all about working smarter, not harder
