Join Date: Jan 2004 Posts: 5,085	It is more detailed than that man, No is the simple answear, if the 21 yr old did not supply the safe haven to drink in, or the liquor... and was merely at the same place at the same time... however if there are other mitigating circumstances, such as they are at the 21 yr olds house, or in his/her car etc.. or if they are at the park together just the two of them and get caught with liquor then yes the 21 r old is in trouble. __________________ AEBN THE GLOBAL LEADER IN ADULT EVOLUTION something FIT this way comes!
