I am not near as bad as I used to be. I run errands, do the shopping, go to the gym 3 times a week, and a movie at least twice a month. And even when I am home, I don't spend the whole day working now, spend more time with my animal companions and working on house projects. I would say I average 10 to 12 hours a day working, six days a week.
Don't sleep much, seems likes such a waste of time...LOL You can always sleep once your dead!
