I've been on hyper alert most of my life...especially since my college days, when hyper alert was the norm.

I just can't seem to turn off my brain when I get ready for sleep.

Actually, that's when I really start churning out thoughts....and the problem solving kicks into play with plans a, b, c, etc....

I've been taking blue pills for a long time...it's the only way I can sleep at night and not wake up like a female bear on a rampage in the morning.
