Well Shaun Bode , sextracker and flying crocodile , the ex owners of YNOT , I believe , are in a world of hurt.

Alledgedly they built trojans that they buried inside downloadable mpegs etc. "free video, click here".

There is a licensing agreement where the user consents.

Then it installs a program to redirect all traffic from their computer to any URL.

It appears they also have dialers that keeps the phone connected after the computer is disconnected etc
