Joesho, the carnivore program was developed entirely duringthe Clinton administration, it was a bad idea then, obviously a bad idea now and everyone should be opposed to this type of no-notice no-warrant type of search. Even though it appears that this technology was only used in a limited capacity we should all be concerned that the government feels it has the right to read everyones mail. :grrr:
