I don't think it will be Rudy.
Rudy would not be acceptable to Robertson, Reed, et al. For that reason, I don't think what Alex is suggesting is that far off the mark. As far as the "zero prosecutions" bullshit that is tossed around by the defenders of the faith - I suspect there are a lot of "zero" items within Justice that might very well have happened had it not been for 9/11.
