Billy is planning a trip to d.c. We mutually recommend a place as "the best place in D.C.", then stake it out and snuff out billy, we make him dissappear.
Then someone private messages ed, saying he needs to i.d. the body because mike is out of town and serge is being deported. Then ed can be taken care of. All that's left is figuring out mikes flight information and narcing him out for drug trafficing... "he hides it the talcom powder and his wifes compact". That could free up some time to torch mikes homes/offices and the records within. Then the board is yours.  You should hear my plan for your will.
