What would I do different?
Find a superior and dependable programmer who wasn't a total dipshit (I know of perhaps two out of a thousand) and never let him work for anyone else but me. Become a lot meaner a lot sooner. (Has to do with some employees I no longer have working for me.) Made lots of ugly sites. (In-joke for Nick.) |
