You just can't beat a good bloody steak brother. I am feeling you there. My wife drives me nuts. I will get some nice cut porterhouses, 2" thick, add my garlic and salt and crushed red pepper, grill it just so, searing the outside while keeping it nice and bloody inside...bring it in the house...and she puts ketchup on it. WTF!! lol...I cannot stand when she does that.
