jim, maybe you aren't niching as best as you can or you are throwing away traffic on console programs.
try using a popunder with all free links, Asian, Lesbian, etc, pushing those to a forfree program with no consoles and using your own popunder on each, with a list of those niched sites and descriptions of the site. works well. and filter your foreign traffic if you want accurate conversions.
