Actually I was doing NetPond and Signup4Cash at the same time
I actually started with Signup4Cash in January building up the program which was launched March 1st (before that, the program was invite only, soi it had to be revamped to appeal to "general" affiliate traffic: non-producing sites were taken out of the program as well as we folded the email program). I recently joined EvilGenius Cash after meeting with TheDoc.

I left NetPond due to the newsletter being cut out with the new changes (consolidation, etc.). Thus there was nothing for me to do.

I know your post wasn't a dig at me, but I have been getting asked about it quite a bit

so far I've been with:
NetPond (twice)
Dark Dollars (my own program)
Making Bank
Signup4Cash
Evil Genius Cash

I've sold my sig previously to DatingGold and WeBuildTemplates.com

so, I have a ways to go to catch up with KB
