Cogent is the leader in "deep discount" bandwidth peering. A lot of data centers use the bandwidth they provide since it is cheap. However there are a lot of "customers" who will have nothing to do with any provider that offers Cogent since it is widely used and reported as slow and unreliable sometimes.
IMHO, your money would have been better in a different stock. The price is not going to go up or down any time soon. In at $1.90, I would be out at $3.00 or gone at $1.30. Just my input. V
