Meni, can you name any other company besides Halliburton who has the ability to oversee massive overseas construction that is required in Iraq?
There are maybe 4-5 companies in the world who can do it, only a few in the US.
Its like your friends pest control company, if he was the only person who could exterminate termites aroudn the world, he would be getting much more business.
Maybe you and he can start an international construction company.
