'god you are a bitch, you are so skinny!' or 'fuck i hate you skinny bitch' ... maybe only said in jest, but you just know inside that the person is thinking exactly what they said. I always bite my tongue on answering 'you could be too if you got off your ass' because heaven forbid should anyone insult a fat person ... that's just mean.
