I'll try most things and when I am travelling I make a point of trying new things. I have had alligator meat and I agree that it is a slightly sweeter chicken. Ostrich is good too..more beefy but with hardly any fat.

Tastes like turkey, just stronger.
I disliked mantaray steaks, the texture was like eating fat. manta ray soup was good though.
