Ouch.
Sean, I understand not being able to disclose the details, but between the two of you (you and Tony); you surely could have given the clients more than 24hrs notice. What's the harm of waiting an extra 24hrs (48hrs total) if it's going to keep the customers happy and give them an opportunity to email *their* clients or quickly switch DNS to a backup server so things wouldn't appear to be down? For you guys that are down right now, hope they get it fixed quickly.
