I've got a couple of good one. Don't even have them for sale (Parked), some guy emailed me wanted 2 buy one. I told him how much, he wanted 2 get it appraised, told him you can have it for X amount I'm the one that has it, if you want it that's how much it is. Don't care about appraisal, haven't heard back from him. Two months ago. If he does contact me again the price has doubled, not hurting a thing being Parked.
