I like to reffer to it as a steal cage match. The put up a chainlink fence all the way aroung 6th 7th and 8th avenue. I think it's like 5 or 10 bucks just to get out on the street. Once we get up on the balcony you won't even be able to see the street, it looks like a sea of people. Yes you can can dress up, there'll be a lot of people down there in costumes.
