Colin, you are very lucky you found a plan that works for you. I can't believe all the *lose weight* books in the stores. New ones keep popping up every year, and many make the best seller list. When that irritating fuck, Dr. Phil, came out with a book recently about staying fit, I really wanted to slap him silly. I'm so sick of Oprah and her pets. She is a billionaire, and she preaches to us about how to lose weight. She goes to spas which cost thousands of dollars a day, and she buys their chef...their exercise guy, and she returns home. So many people are at her beck and call to help her lose weight and stay fit.

It's a known medical fact that men loser faster than women. Tall women lose faster than short women. We have to deal with HORMONES! It seems you are doing fine, Colin. Your routine makes sense to me. You are an inspiration to all of us.
