My First Workout

Ant, been through the diet change here myself...
I drank my last Pepsi last night and have already tossed out the chips, etc.
I'm stocked way up on herbal teas and heading to the health food store later today.

Cyberpunk is helping me a great deal too...he's lost 35 pounds in the last three months, down to about 250 now and he's looking to be down to 200 by January, where I want to be up to 185-190 by then

I'm not looking to lose weight so much as gain weight and sculpt what I have into muscle instead of flab.

My second workout wasn't so bad and now with a personal trainer, that'll be a big help too for those times when I need the motivation to pull out that extra situp or rep without blowing out my shoulder or straining my back...
