Alex, trust me I am all for cutting gov't spending.... it is out of control, and getting worse....
The gov't should cut back on at least 50% of the things they give their money to. The Federal Gov't has proved indept at almosteverything they do - the ONLY thing the Federal Gov't does well is the Military....
