It happened already....
I hit Lensman in the face when I bought his traffic in the form of blured consoles and his sign ups dropped 50% for the duration of the deal. Lensman hit me back when I bought 100,000 of his clicks at webmaster's auction...he sent me 100,000 exit cosole impressions, so we are even ;-)))
