Dont Download Anymore Music

Ironhorse, sorry, you are incorrect.

if you dub a tape and give it to a friend, that is "okay".

If you mass produce 10,000 tapes, and give them away on a street corner to whoever goes by, that isn't okay - and owning those tapes is a copyright violation.

P2P systems do the same thing - they put people who otherwise don't know eachother in touch to exchange copyrighted material. They aren't your friends, they are just "out there".

I hope more ISPs take action on this, because you also know that porn is traded in the same way.

Alex

PS: Anyone else notice that EBAY has a ton of website content being sold on compilation CDs and DVDs? Serious profiteering from stolen content, from what I can see. It's sad.
