i only know one TV show that took place in Philadelphia.

Let's see .... "I Love Sydney" with Tony Randall in the 80s was one "Philly" show that comes to mind. There's been a bunch of shows that have involved Philly. Currently a new show "Hack" is done in Philly, good show about a cop who's now a taxi driver but still ends up getting involved in crimes and helping people.
