Fla is very low on my list of places to live, though. I think it must be because of tax benefits or something that folks live there. Hurricanes, heat, retirees, Jeb Bush, trailer parks, Epcot centre,....it all kinda adds up. If I was gonna live somewhere warm, I think it would be at least somewhere where the scuba diving is decent.
