I am sure it is nothing to do with bleeding billions and billions and billions into Iraq with no end in sight. If those who bought houses they can't afford are now in trouble, no amount of financial hocus pocus will help them. Now, what impact does this have on porn, and why are we discussing it here? Soon, all that stuff from China is going to get more expensive and disposable income will tighten. The good news at the moment, is that European business is picking up because we are becoming relatively cheap.

Well, there is that....the war. But we'll pay for that later.
The people that are in trouble are artificially in trouble. The government didn't have to raise interest rates and put those people in trouble. Sure, they shouldn't have qualified for those loans. But they did, and they were surviving. The rise in rates killed them for no good reason, other than the government wanted to screw with people.

It has EVERY impact on Porn. This is one of the first places people run to for an easy money making snack.
And one thing I've learned in my 25 years in the Porn Biz....people will always find money to buy their porn. When I was in the video Biz, some of the busiest rental times was when the local factory had people on layoff.
It's cheap entertainment.

And fortunately, I'm in a recession proof end of the Biz. So it doesn't affect us.
