I bbq fish all the time
Dolphin, swordfish, trout, shark, salmon, tuna, what ever i can find locally you can throw on the grill some of the lighter fish like trout and catfish you may need to cook over aluminum foil as they flake up and break apart on the grill but the more solid fish you can throw right on the grill also smoked Kingfish or any other kind of macrel is awesome makes great fish dip
