Peches, this is crap....
with all "acceleration" they are still the lowest alcohol consumers in the world. I haven't seen a SINGLE drunk in Japan, except Tokyo, where 2 drunk executives had shown their drunkiness by starting conversation with us in English. The way this article is scewed is: if I jerk off 2 times a month and the next month I jerk off 3 times - the increase is a whoapping 50% a month.
