That's rapper Pepa, of Salt-N-Pepa fame, scene is from the current season of The Surreal Life. They're on a bus headed for Vegas.

In the background are the incredibly churlish and disgusting Janice Dickinson ("world's first supermodel" as she reminds everyone in earshot -- apparantly not realizing how that dates her), current supermodel Caprice, and Bronson Pinchot ("Balki" from the old Perfect Strangers TV show, and the incredibly gay "Serge" -- hmmmmmm -- from the first Beverly Hills Cop).

Yes, I watch the show, not ashamed to admit it. It's great bad TV.
