Multiple birthdays.....and ICQ...who would have thought that ICQ could fuck up like that?
 Bullshit on the soreness factor.....my torture man said I could grow a little muscle...to that end, I am still suffering from Friday's session. LOL.....but, as you've said, I've learned to appreciate...if not love..that soreness...damn..am I becoming a workout junkie? My only fear is that I will lose my status as a fat fucking nobody.
