 When I first started at PMB, yeh, marketing and promotion was a big part of what i do, but it's not anymore. Over the last 4 yrs my job description has developed to the point where it's no longer recognisable...lol. One of the advantages of working in a small company (in terms of manpower) is that you get to do a lot of different things, including some stuff you wouldn't have thought yourself capable of doing.
