Timon Hospitality Supervisor Join Date: Oct 2002 Posts: 2,338	There is an obscene amount of detail involved with running a restaurant making it a lot of work and very stressful because there are a lot of things that can go wrong, and it's hard to make any decent money for the majority of them. Do you know why her boss wants to move on to other things? ;-)
