i see your point and i have the same offical position as you cause i am not bound by usa laws cause our corp is 100% panama based.
what i meant and i think i blurred the point a bit is that you have to be carefull with scams due to this. there is a lot of money to be lost due to these regulations and lawyers are among the group that gets hit first. |
