I bought some memberships to paysites

I am sure there are a mix of good bad and evil in the membership sites. I think if you are not offering exclusive content you have nothing new to offer and members have so much to choose from Why settle for a site without exclusive content?

Im on the other side of the coin. I run a Video On Demand site. We have 67% retention. People can buy as litttle or as much as they want. Our average package bought is $18. We have 15,000 movies to choice from and you can watch a little or as much of any movie you desire with your minutes. People want variety and they want control.

Just my thought but hey what do I know!!!
