Nick, I'll give you an opportunity to actually go research this in today's market before I provide numbers to show you how completely out of touch you are :P
We went from 20% trial/full to 50% trial/full with some very minimal changes to our content presentation.
There aren't enough 'forget to cancel' members anymore (even from huge volume) to rely on this as a business model - especially if you want to keep your processing.
