Out of all the major companies I've worked with, comcast is the best. One time my shit god fucked up somehow, and they sent two guys over on sunday to work on it. One to check stuff outside around the block and one to check connections in my apartment and in the basement of the apartment building, so it would go faster. That said, I live in the city, so if things are fucked up they are usually fucked up for a decent amount of people.
