Serge , have the ducks tongues next time you are in a chinese restaurant.
Not to my taste.Has like a little cartelidge thing in the niddle.They give you a bowl of about 50 of the suckers. I love Salt Fish , can't remember exactly what is in it.But here in Vancouver very few guilo like it.You gotta try it...really nice.Like an anchovie,pork and sardine mix. |
