That is deadset fucking retarded. You have child molesters getting sentenced to 2-5 years in jail and often getting out in half that time.. But an annoying spammer gets put away for up to 15 years? What a bunch of bollocks! Something seriously wrong with the distribution of punishment you guys have over there.
