Trying to blame Patriot act for everything is weak. I don't remember any porn people being busted on that. You may also remember the Patriot act was supported overwhelmingly by BOTH parties.
The reality is BOTH Republican and Democrats would hurt this industry if they could score political points. To think otherwise is naive.
