Our offer to Penthouse was usurped by Mark Bell, a Florida internet guy, whose LLC came in and bought up about 90% of the bonds (senior secured debt at General Media). At that point they effectively controlled General Media. I run the internet division for The SCORE Group (www.scoregroup.com and www.score-cash.com).
