don't worry, there is no damage to anyone's asses ... except maybe yours ;-))))
grab some acidophilus capsules from your local health store ... take 3 per day for a couple of days to blast the bad bacteria out  you should also try some slippery elm powder or tablets to lubricate the insides we didn't break anything while you were gone ;-) honest!
