Not only that but most that settled will have to continue paying royalties under the terms of the agreements.
Plus the ones that settled now have a big bullseye on their backs. I hear rumors that the other streaming media patent holders (usa video, sightsound) want to go after the same list of companies that Berman has on his PR every time someone new settles. |
